Bunnings BBQ

Who doesn’t love a sausage in the middle of winter?!

St Johns has been fortunate enough to be offered a spot for a Bunnings BBQ (Nunawading) on Saturday 9 July.

As we require volunteers to help out on the day, if you are able to donate some time please add your name to the roster in this LINK - Roster for Volunteers

Major Fundraiser News

Tickets for the Major Social Fundraiser – ST JOHN’S TRIVIA NIGHT – will be going on sale soon. Put the date in the calendar, organise babysitting and start working out your table of 8 to 10 team members, today!

Saturday 30 July, 7:30pm, in the St John’s Hall

We are really excited to be able to FINALLY get together for a really fun night and also have the opportunity for our community to raise funds for our school.

When you purchase your tickets you can also order platters or snacks and drink packages! All you need to do on the night is…come along with your best trivia hat on!

We would love your assistance to make this event happen. Please let me know if you would like to be a part of the organising committee

We need your support:

fundraising team who are happy to seek donations for silent auctions and sponsorship for the night
party planners, who can come up with and run games on the night
decorators who can make the event look amazing
promoters, who will share the event amongst their networks and get tables sorted for those who need a group

What is the ‘cause’?

The money raised this year will help our school purchase some new STEM equipment for our children.

How much?

Tickets will be $25 per person or book a table of 10 for a discounted price of $210. Bookings will open soon.

Table seating

If you are curious/interested but are unsure about seating arrangements or anything else, send CA an email or text (or come and grab us at school) and we can sort something out together.

Our next Community Association meeting is Tuesday, 7 June, in the Staffroom and everyone is welcome!
