Group 10 

This term, Group 10 in the junior primary section, have been engaging in shared reading sessions with Dreamtime stories and connecting these experiences to curriculum learning in fun and engaging ways! Students are being read culturally important stories of Australia’s first peoples, exposing them to history and literacy curriculum learning. One Aboriginal Dreamtime story students in Group 10 have been reading is ‘How the Kangaroo Got Its Tail’. They have enjoyed making kangaroo masks and using story props while engaging with the stories.
