Flow of the Remote Learning Day

Teachers will keep a Google Meeting open from 9:00 am -12:00 midday each day allowing students to ask questions during this time. From 12:00 till 3:00pm students contact teachers via email excluding Tues & Wed whereby staff attend professional learning from 1:15pm-2:15pm.

9.00am - Morning greeting 

9.05am - 10.05AM - English

30 mins reading/30 min writing

10:05-10:45 AM BREAK 

10.45am -  11.30am Mathematics 

11.30am - 12.00pm 

PE Lesson (Please Note: Staff may not be present in Google Meets at this time as they will be taking onsite Remote Learners for their PE lesson.

12:00pm-12:30pm

30 mins Additional Learning Time

12:30pm-1:10pm Lunch Break

1:10pm-2:10pm

All students check in on the day's activities and dismissal.

Additional Learning Time

We are encouraging students to self-select activities that are of high interest to them to complete during this sixty minute allocated time-frame. 

These activities can be found in the learning grid sent home each week.
