Terania District PSSA Cross Country Championships

This will be held on Friday 29th April 2022. This is in Term 2 at the end of Week 1. Parents will need to organise transport to this event at Caniaba School. 

Competitors are to arrive at 10am, walk the track at 10.15 and then at 10.35, the programme will begin with the 7-year-old boys and girls 1000 metres race. The last event is scheduled to begin at 12.00 and that is the 12/13 years boys and girls 3000m race. The day should be finished at 1pm after the presentations and clean up.

Footwear is compulsory and water bottles can be carried.

The first four placegetters will be eligible to compete at the Northern Rivers Zone PSSA Cross Country Championships at Corndale Public School on Friday 27th May.

The Caniaba School canteen will be operational all day providing morning tea and lunch. 

More information will be provided closer to the event.

Last Day of Term

The SRC would like to celebrate the last day of Term One with a special day. We will watch a couple of movies in the afternoon, bring teddies to cuddle and wear whatever you want. A gold coin donation to the SRC is optional. Please send a note to school if your child is not allowed to watch PG movies.
