A week has gone by and some of our slices of bread were VERY mouldy... Here are some comments from Year 3-6 students.

"I was surprised that the touch dark bread wasn't mouldy and the damp bread was very disgusting and mouldy. I was very satisfied even though my predictions were wrong." Noah Weilbaecher

"The mould was so disgusting and it was a red, blue, green colour. I wanted to throw up." Gwyn Nettleton

"Today we checked up on our mould bags and only one of ours had a tiny bit of mould on the sides of the bread and all of the the pieces had no mould. Don't smell it though!" Jack Quinn

"When we got our bread out again, three of them did not have mould and then one had mould. It was fascinating and it was also a fun activity." Addison Nettleton

"Today my team were very surprised that only the damp bread got mould. Also the dry light bread went stale." Fletcher Price

"I was surprise that the bread was so mouldy." Tilly Cross
