As part of the Year 8 Food unit for Indonesian, students in 8A, 8C and 8E enjoyed the cultural experience of creating dishes from Indonesia to enjoy as part of a classroom feast. Nasi goreng, mie goreng, sate ayam and beef rendang were on the menu to excite their tastebuds while giving them the opportunity to prepare and share for the whole class.

Students took on various roles to cooking dishes, keeping areas clean to serving dishes to their peers and visiting staff. Students hope to try some of these dishes at home with their families.
