John XXIII Rowing Club
South West Head of the River Regatta
A wonderful day was experienced by all families and rowers during our first regatta of the year in Bunbury. The weather delivered four seasons in one day, but no matter what the skies threw at us, all put their best ‘oars’ forward and reaped the rewards in return.
With over 70 medals awarded on the day, our rowers performed extremely well. Our seniors continued to hone in on their skills, whilst a large number of Year 9 rowers took part in their first official regatta.
Congratulations to everyone and many thanks to the parents and coaches that assisted on the day.
