Combined Catholic Schools Debutante Ball 2022
On Friday 25 March, The P&F hosted the Catholic Debutante Ball. There were 10 debutantes from Yr 12 (they were unable to do it last year due to Covid). Sadly we lost one lovely couple at the last moment due to Covid.
The Ball was a nautical "Love Boat" theme and was organised by Ball conveners Georgina Nichols and Alanna Gallagher along with the P&F Committee.
The Debutantes were presented to Bishop Michael Kennedy and Ball Matron, Monique Hannaford.The official guests were welcomed onto stage to the The Love Boat theme song and the flowergirls, Belle Nichols and Matilda Ramien, stole the show with their dance routine.
The Debutantes and their partners danced their first dance to Lady GaGa's I will Always Remember You this Way, beautifully choregraphed by dance instructor Paula Carmody.
Their second dance was a fun, upbeat dance routine to Footloose, which got all the crowd dancing in their seats.
The conveners and committee would like to extend a massive thanks to all the volunteers who helped in any way before, during and after the event. We could not have done it with out you.
After a short recovery, we will now turn our focus to June, when we will host another Ball for the the Yr 11 girls.
Cookie Dough Fundraiser
A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our Cookie Dough Fundraiser. We sold over 1200 tubs! The highest seller award goes to Sienna Mitchell-Cobb who sold 50 tubs. The fundraiser generated over $5000 in profit which will go towards the improvement of outdoor spaces at both schools.

Meetings
Welcome to all our new and returning families!
The P&F Association is an essential part of our schools and provides parents with opportunities to:
- Be involved in school activities.
- Be informed about and provide input into various parts of school
life.
- Have a say in the acquisition of equipment and resources aimed
at improving the educational environment for students,
educators and families.
- Be social, meet other parents and make new friends and
connections.
We are a warm, inclusive and social group of parents, so whether you are a new or existing parent we invite you to come along to our meetings and play a role in enriching your child's education which in turn, builds a wonderful school community.
