Parent forum for parents and carers of children with disability 

Parents and carers of children with disability are invited to join a free parent forum on Friday 27 May. This continues the series of forums for parents provided by the department:  registration link – Parent Forum Registration

The forum will open with the keynote by Angela Falkenberg, President SA Primary Principals Association titled ‘Self-care is not selfish – When we are at our best, we play better, work better and parent better’.  

Other presentations on the day will include an update on current projects and policies, One Plan and the Inclusive Education Support Program (IESP) funding.

Mobile Library

The Adelaide Hills Mobile Library Service is scheduled to visit Uraidla Primary School in Terms 2 and 3 as per below. Families are very welcome to visit and borrow from the Library, which pulls up on the town oval side of the school grounds from 2.30 - 3.45. 

Uraidla history book for sale 

Have you seen the new Uraidla book written by local historian Geoffrey Bishop on behalf of the East Torrens Historical Society? It tells the story of the Uraidla township, from the beginning to current day and is a fascinating read!

Books are $35 and there are copies for sale at the Front Office.
