Student Absence Reporting Procedures

Our new software program is now up and running and reporting procedures have changed.  Please phone or email the reason for your child's absence.  The email address is invabsences@arm.catholic.edu.au. Soon you will be able to access the parent portal to also explain absences.  

Unknown Direct Deposits 

When making online payments to our school bank account, please use your surname and/or fee account number as reference on all deposits. 

Medication 

If your child needs to take medication during school hours eg. antibiotics or antihistamines a Medical Permission Form is required to be completed and handed into the front office along with the medication.  A copy of the form is attached.  An electronic version is available on our Skoolbag App under eforms.

From the Uniform Shop

Please remember the Uniform Shop cannot  deliver parcels to the classrooms. They are able to drop them to the Front Office for you or your child to collect. 

Please also remember the shop sells football socks.

From the Canteen 

On Thursday the menu will be limited to accommodate the new Secondary break times.  Every week there will only be limited items available.  This will include hot dogs,  ham & cheese toasties, lasagne, bolognese, butter chicken, nachos, scrolls  and a different special every week.   This week's Special is: Creamy Chicken and rice $4.00
