Teaching and Learning at St B’s

What another great fortnight of learning. Students have been creating, designing and evaluating designs such as paper planes, ice cream trucks, toys and billy carts. Working as Mathematicians students have solved division problems, explored remainders and will move onto fractions very soon. Students have written some amazing “How to” books, especially the one written about “How to tackle a crocodile”!

There has been a focus on developing student understanding of indigenous perspectives through  art work, designing tools, using music as a form of communication. Students are almost finished with their personalized project and will be ready to present their understanding very soon.

Our senior students have participated in a transition to high school program and have had a wide variety of learning experiences such as Science, ICT amongst other subjects.
