Donations

There’s going to be some great stalls and activities at the Fair this year and donations are needed from the school community to make these stalls a success. This is a great opportunity to sort out any unwanted items from your house, whilst doing your bit for recycling and creating some funds for the school. It’s a win, win, win!

Later this week there will be a Fair Table in the office foyer at school where we’d love you to drop off items in good and clean condition for the following stalls:

Preserves: Jam jars (e.g. Bonne Maman or small Meredith Goat Cheese) and passata jars – empty, clean & delabelled
Lucky Dip: Small unwrapped items in good condition for kids aged 2 - 12. e.g. craft, small toys or games, unused craft items, hair accessories, pencils/pens.
Toy Adoption: Soft toy animals / characters no more than 30cm tall.
Wine Raffle: drop off a bottle to the office (make it drinkable please!).
Cake Stall: cake and cupcake stands – named so that they can be returned.
Choc & Lolly Toss: Wrapped chocolate bars/blocks and lollies.
Food/drink stalls: Cans of soft drinks, bottles of tomato sauce & mustard, paper napkins.

We’re also looking for donations of:

Kids bikes, scooters, skateboards & helmets: Have the kids outgrown their old bikes and scooters? If they’re in good sellable condition reach out to Kat Francis (0490 179 469) to donate them now.
Bunting for decorations: Email fairfieldps.fair@gmail.com if you have any that can be used for the fair (donated or borrowed).
Kids secondhand books and video games – hold onto these a bit longer as we’ll be taking these donations the week before the fair.
