Congratulations to all students who recently represented the College at the recent Tas All Schools and Head of the River at Lake Barrington. Team sVc narrowly missed out on taking out the Junior Shield for the third-year running being piped at the line by The Friends School at the Tas All Schools, however bounced back the following week to win the Junior Boys Shield at the Head of the River to complete the three peat and defeat The Friends School. A massive team effort by all rowers and congratulations to Director of Rowing, Oliver Wilson-Haffenden and his coaches for a very successful season.
Congratulations to Team sVc for finishing runners up to The Hutchins School in the final of the SATIS Statewide 2nd’s cricket competition. Whilst disappointed in losing the final, the whole squad should be extremely proud of their achievements of the entire season, especially fielding such a young squad. Thanks to coaches Michael Farrell, David Webster, Eamonn Vines and Kodi Nikel for his support.
Training will be conducted at the Doone Kennedy Hobart Aquatic Centre from 7.00 am - 7.45 am each Thursday morning as follows:
Training will then continue every Thursday morning during Term 2. Please note that there will be no training or matches during school holidays.

Further details have been sent via EdSmart to those that have registered, including team lists.
Good luck to Team sVc as they take on the SSATIS Athletics Carnival at the Domain Athletics Centre this Friday. With a strong team of 66 students, Team sVc will be looking to win the Junior Boys Shield for the sixth consecutive year.
Good luck to all teams that will participate in finals of Term 1 SSATIS sport, including basketball, tennis, and sailing. With one week to go of roster fixtures, Team sVc will be strongly represented across all year groups.
Congratulations to the following boys who have been selected as part of a 16-person squad to tour Brisbane on April 11-15 (first week on holidays) to play in the EREA National Football Soccer Tournament.
College Touring Staff are Michael Moschogianis (Coach), Matthew Desmarchelier (Assistant Coach) and Richard Cowlard (Team Manager).
Matches will be played against other EREA schools from across Australia and will be hosted by St Joseph's Nudgee College in Brisbane.
