Water Wise

Last week, the students in both Grade 1/2 classes made a community visit to the Beaufort Public Library to participate in a Water Wise presentation from Central Highlands Water. Thankfully, the rain stayed away on our walk to and from the library and everyone walked safely and responsibly. During the presentation, students learned and shared knowledge about how we use water in our daily lives and the important role it plays in our lives, wider community and in nature. Students were asked to consider ways in which to save water and better methods to use water more wisely.

Well done to all the students who participated so respectfully and behaved so politely and responsibly in our community.
