GRIP Reflections
Lucy - I enjoyed the energy level and the Loud Noise Boys part. As a leader I want to make things fun for people who look up to me and try to include people that are left out by others.
Edi - I enjoyed the Loud Noise Boys best because the presenters were fun. As a leader I want to have new ideas to bring the whole school together.
Thomas - I enjoyed that GRIP was serious, but it came across in a fun way. As a leader I want to make things fun so that people want to jump on board and be involved.
Jake - I enjoyed learning how to be a good leader. As a leader I liked learning about how to get everybody on board with a new idea, to take things slow and think about the why.
Ella N - I liked hearing from all the different schools. As a leader I will try to use the 4 hs - hear others’ opinions, help with the little things, do things with happiness and show humility.
Maisen - I liked the Loud Noise Boys part. As a leader I will try to use my responsibility to show our values and share my ideas more.
