School Captain's Message

Hi Students and Parents,

Harmony Day was on March 21st, everyone had a great time at the parade! It was great to see all the cultural outfits and learn about what people wear in their cultures, the food they eat and special occasions they celebrate. We did fun activities and learnt about the different cultures by creating wall murals in our classroom. The JSC are looking forward to judging these and finding the best mural in each year level!

The JSC and House Captains’ badge ceremony was on the 17th March, all the school leaders had a great time getting their badges and certificates. We all presented speeches for everyone and the parents who came along to support their children were very proud to see them receive their badges. So that was a very big accomplishment for all of us and our first time of public speaking as a group.
