Office News / School Information
Office Closure
Office will be closed for 2021 from Thursday 16th December at 12pm and reopen in 2022 on Friday 28th January at 11am.
UPDATED - Late arrival / Early collection
Please note changes to late arrival and early collection due to limiting movement around the school. No Entry Via the Office.
Students who arrive at school after 9.00am must enter the school via the courtyard and parents are required to phone the school office for students to be signed in.
Students who leave school before 3.20pm will need to be collected from the courtyard gates and parents are required to call the office on arrival for students to be released.
If your child is going to be late or leaving early, please notify the office direct rather than submitting via PAM as this affects our absences on the roll.
Student Absences
If your child is absent, you are required to notify the school, please do so via PAM. Instructions are detailed on the 'Simon Everywhere' page of this newsletter.
Absences can also be phoned through to the school office or you can notify your students teacher direct.
Following government guidelines, schools are now legislated to contact families regarding ’unexplained absences’, and parents will receive a text message for any ‘unexplained absence’ including late arrivals that are not signed in at the office. If you receive a message, we ask you to please contact the office to notify reason for absence.
