Presenting our
2022
School Captains
Our week began with great joy and celebration as our 2022 School Leaders were presented with their leadership badges at our Monday Assembly. All of our Year 6 students receive a badge to recognise them as the leaders of our school. Then there are School Leaders who are leaders of different aspects of our school. Over the next few newsletters we will present our School Leaders to the COHR Community.
On Monday, after receiving their badges our 2022 School Captains, Allegra and Ethan introduced themselves to the Assembly and shared with us some of their plans for this year.
Allegra:
Good Morning my name is Allegra. Ethan and I would like to firstly share our gratitude and pride in being your school captains for 2022.
We would like to welcome all the new preps, as we wish them luck for a safe and happy year and acknowledge our new students who have joined our school, welcome.
As school captains we would love to put a big emphasis on the student voice and the value of each and every child this year.
We look forward to having a safe, healthy and happy year of learning at school.
Ethan:
Good Morning COHR, my name is Ethan
First of all, congratulations to all the other captains for receiving a leadership position, we know that you are all hardworking people who will fit the job perfectly. We hope you all had a great holiday and are ready for the new start of the year for 2022.
Whenever you're in need, don't hesitate to ask Allegra or I because we are always happy to help out. Even though Covid can restrict us from doing some things, we know that a great year is ahead.
Thanks for listening and have a great rest of the day!
