Compass Award Students Walking at Mt Lofty

A first walking experience for our students working in their Award groups. The Level 3 and Level 4 groups walked in various directions around Mt Lofty at Warrandyte State Park. Their navigation skills were put to the test and the Level 4 students in particular were outstanding, making careful decisions as a group and embracing all the features around the environment.

I look forward to walking with all the groups again in a variety of challenging situations. Well done Compass students – keep practicing up and down as many hills as you can!
