Maths

During Maths we have been learning about measurement. We have considered how long things are, measuring the length and width of objects, as well as how tall we are. We also learnt about mass, using hefting (with our hands) to compare things that are heavier or lighter, and used the balance scales to order the mass of items around our classroom. 

Education in Faith

On Tuesday afternoon, we were very lucky to have Fr Chinua come to school and lead us in a very special Year 1/2 liturgy. Many students had jobs to do, including reading and taking candles and prayers up the front. The students did a wonderful job and Fr Chinua complimented us on doing a wonderful job organising the liturgy.
