Introducing Lauren Hahn

What characteristic do you most admire in others?

I admire kindness, honestly, resilience and humour. I really admire people who help others.

If you really knew me you would know that I love yoga, nature and animals and I love to travel. I also love football…too much! I am also very opinionated…which drives my family crazy at times.

What movie or novel character do you most identify with?

Bridget Jones from Bridget Jones’ diary but I would like to be like Katniss from The Hunger Games.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A singer, a writer or a teacher. I can’t sing very well but I think that I am a good teacher and I am currently trying to get a book published.

When are you the happiest?

When I am travelling, doing yoga, teaching or spending time in nature….or eating chocolate.

What characteristic do you most admire in others?

I admire people who are direct and honest and respectful all at the same time. 

When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

I used to love doing craft activities – lead lighting, paper tole, crocheting, but there is never enough time to do a big activity like that. So 30 mins would involve a cup of tea, a cosy chair and a book.

What super power would you like to have?

I get motion sick, so I’d love to be able to click my fingers and instantly arrive at my destination!!

What do you miss most about being a kid?

The lack of responsibility.

When are you the happiest?

When there isn’t a huge list of things to do and I can just be in the moment and play with my family.
