Just 2 weeks to go

We are nearly at that half way point in the year when we look forward to another school term break, an opportunity to be at home and keep warm with fires burning and recover from the onset of winter colds. There has been so much to celebrate and enjoy this last school term and it leaves me with great anticipation to see how the second half of the year unfolds, week by week.

Last day of term is Friday 6 July 2018 with a regular finish time of 3:15pm. This is a casual clothes day where a gold coin donation is required. The uniform section of the student diary provides guidelines around what is acceptable attire on these occasions. If in doubt, please check the diary.

School Photo Day

Family Photos and Reception to Year 12 Individual Photos will be taken on Wednesday 27 June 2018 in the Gymnasium.

Family Photos will commence at 8:15am and run for approx one hour. Individual classes will then follow.

ELC Individual photos are scheduled for Term 4.

All students must present neat, clean & tidy in their full winter uniform. Every Primary student to be wearing the knitted jumper, every Secondary student to be wearing their Blazer without a jumper and tie.

Any Murraylands logos present will be photoshopped off their jumpers/blazers

Make Up – Primary none to be applied, Secondary – minimal & tasteful

Hair – all students’ hair to be neat & tidy. If worn down, hair must be clear of face and worn behind shoulders, otherwise, hair to be tied up.

For those absent on Wednesday, a makeup day for family & individual photos is scheduled for Friday 29 June 2018 at 9am.

School Holiday Office Hours

The School Admin Office will be open from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Monday 9 July through to Thursday 12 July 2018. All messages left and emails sent after this time will be attended to on our return to work on Monday 23 July 2018. 

Uniform Shop 

The Uniform Shop will be open on Thursday 19 July 2018 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If this time doesn't suit you, please email any uniform needs to sdalton47@live.com.au so Sue can put together your order and arrange payment over the phone.

Vacation Care

Vacation Care is available for children from 3 years to 12 years during the school holidays. For booking details and the program pleae refer to the ELC page of the newsletter.
