Shrove Tuesday 5 March

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Shrove Tuesday (5th March), is the day before the start of the Lenten period in the Catholic Church.

Traditionally pancakes are made and shared with the St Peter’s Community at the Clyde North Campus. The Year 10 VCAL students will be making the pancakes and serving these at recess. They are asking for a gold coin donation which will go towards our Project Compassion CARITAS fundraiser.

Also to maximise the amount we can donate we are asking for donations of the following ingredients:

• Pancake shaker bottles
• Toppings such as: strawberry jam, maple syrup and lemon juice .

If you are able to support the VCAL Students and supply any of the above ingredients, they can please be taken to the Administration Building by Friday, 1 March .
