State Hoop Time

Hoop Time at Oatlands has been a great success this year! Our junior and senior teams both competed at Dandenong stadium throughout Term 3 and 4. Several of the teams made it through to the Regional competition and one team in particular, the senior All Star girls, made it through the State competition which was held earlier this week. 

On competition day, the girls had to play with only five players as one member of the team was absent. They played four games of which they won one and then participated in a consolation match. 

I would like to congratulate this wonderful group of girls for their amazing sportsmanship, effort and commitment throughout the Hoop Time competitions. It is such a fantastic achievement to have made it to State Hoop Time. They should be very proud of themselves and the way that they represented Oatlands!
