Boys intermediate football

On Tuesday, the Year 9 & 10 boys took part in a tournament that saw them play Echuca Secondary College and Kyabram P-12 College. The boys played fantastically in both these games and kept both schools scoreless. This effort saw the boys play off in the final against St. Mary’s of Nathalia. With the pressure going up in the final, it took some time for the boys to settle in and play the brand of football we wanted to play. With that being said, the showed great maturity and football smarts to turn the game and run away victorious. The highlight of the day was the sportsmanship the boys showed across the whole day and a will to win. Both coaches on the day were very proud with how the boys conducted themselves on and off the field. The boys are very excited to test themselves at the next stage!
