Pastoral Care and Wellbeing

Our Pastoral Care and Wellbeing Review 2019

On June 5th 2019, St. Joseph’s College undertook our Pastoral Care and Wellbeing Review. Thank you to all parents and families who provided valuable feedback for this process and beyond.

Welcome Lori!

We have welcomed our new Social Worker, Lori Parmley, to St. Joseph’s College. We are excited to welcome Lori to our Wellbeing Team and our school.

Digital Reputation and Sexting Education

Learning Mentor Groups and House Assemblies have had a Digital Reputation and Sexting focus, providing resources, information, clips and supports to engage and educate students regarding this and issues.

There is some fantastic information on our SchoolTV site aimed at parents. Please visit this and continue the positive conversations with your students.

School TV Resource

We have now had SchoolTV for three months!

It is a fantastic resource that provides families and our school community with information and supports regarding a wide range of topics.

Our latest data report has shown this resource is being regularly accessed and utilised at an amazing rate - thank you!

Please continue to use this resource as needed to empower you as parents with credible and sound information with realistic, practical ongoing support strategies.

SchoolTV can be accessed through our website and PAM, as well as through this link:

I encourage you to visit our SchoolTV site. If you have any questions or need further information, please contact Rach Chapman.

The Pastoral Care and Wellbeing Team hope the upcoming school holidays are safe, happy and wonderful for our families and school community. We look forward to seeing you in Term 3!
