Students Do a Meal Service

A number of the Kitchen Operations students helped prepare and set up for the recent Staff Governing Council Dinner. The two-course table service meal was served to 20 people with a great success.

All patrons appreciative of both the standard of the food served and the service they received.

Thanks to Alicia, Juarne, Liam, Kayla, Logan and Haylie who worked through the day or on the night of dinner or both.

As part of their Kitchen Operations course, they are required to do a number of service periods and serving food at the dinner counts for one of those service periods.

Well done students you did an awesome job!
