Congratulations to our three Saturday BPS netball teams who made their netball semi finals last weekend. Well done to all players and their efforts in the following teams BPS Pegasus, BPS Dragons and BPS Phoenix. We are super proud of all our teams and players who train every Wednesday and play every Monday or Saturday and represent BPS!
Thank you to all our coaches, parents and families for the wonderful support you give our players. I have watched several games and training sessions this year and it's wonderful to see the friendships and improvements our players have made throughout 2022! Well done!
Congratulations to all teams who played in this year's 2022 BPS Dodgeball House Cup! We had around 168 students play across 12 teams from grades 3 - 6 over the four week tournament.
Congratulations to Raahi and Austin who led their Cook team, COOKaburras, to a 35 to 37 point win (the team with the least amount of 'outs' wins) over the Tasman, Bananas in Pyjamas led by Sarah and Xavier in the Grand Final last Monday. The grand final was an intense 8 minutes and went down to the final seconds in deciding who our Champion Team would be!
Thanks to our wonderful Ms Fountain and Ms Wood for volunteering all their time to help the House and Music Captains and I run the tournament. Thank you to our amazing House and Music Captains for your help: Abby, Mark, Chloe, Angus, Cassie, Mary-Jane, Austin, Stella, Nivaan and Ava! We appreciate you all very much!
Thanks to our staff v student pre-game fun match! The game was a draw and I think both staff and students enjoyed throwing dodgeballs at each other!!!

You've given our students an opportunity to train and be active before school every Monday and Wednesday and we truly appreciate your time and effort.
Thank you for your support of BPS Physical Education and Sport in 2022! Thank you to the BPS Sports Committee volunteers and to all volunteers for your help at our various events! It's been wonderful to have a full year of activity for our school post two years of lockdown! From our family to yours, we wish you a special Christmas with your families and a restful summer break.
