Leadership Centre

Curriculum

This week students in the Leadership Centre enjoyed their experience in the Bike Education Program. The focus of the program was to see the benefits of bike riding whilst understanding the safety measures that need to be taken. Students used the ABCD Bike checklist and 2 finger helmet check to ensure they were safe when riding. They also participated in a number of activities emulating real life road situations. Our Year 6s headed out onto the local roads to experience the real life road situations they were exposed to in the practical in school sessions. Thanks to Yatiesh Kumar and Michael Rogan for joining us on the road ride also.

The photos below showcase what a wonderful time our students had!

Have a wonderful week!
