ART NEWS

 Wow what a term. I just want to personally thank you, the students for all your hard work and the parents for working with us to keep the learning experiences going. You all should be so proud of yourselves. I know I definitely am. I have absolutely been loving seeing the learning, fun and creativity you have been getting up to at home. It is the highlight of my week. I also love that some of you have been getting your siblings and families involved too.

Also…

Just because there are no ART or other classes during the holidays doesn’t mean the fun has to stop there. Why not continue your exploration and creative practice. Use the skills and ideas picked up this term and turn it into something uniquely your own? ART is a huge world with so much in it. Painting, printing, drawing, modelling, making, constructing… I bet you could find something just right for you so keep you entertained during the holidays.

Check out new TV series called ‘Making it Australia’. Super awesome creative project competition. Ps: I’ll tell you a secret… I actually auditioned for this series but didn’t get it. It was a fun thing to do anyway.
