MATHS

Year 7 Numeracy 

Ms Schulz and her Year 7 Numeracy class were working hard on completing their rich learning task.  They were working on making 1m2 out of newspaper.

The class worked in small groups to create their newspaper squares with rulers and sticky tape to create their squares. The students really enjoyed the hands on activity.

Year 11 Methods

The Year 11 Methods classes have been working hard at learning higher-degree powered graphs.

Each group worked together to create a poster on the type of graph selected for them. Once they finished making their poster, they taught the other students in the class about the poster.

All students enjoyed taking some ownership over their learning and engaging in a different task.
