Around The Primary

Dear Parents

We were very lucky that the weather cooperated for our Interhouse Carnival last Thursday. Thank you to those parents and grandparents who came along to support the students, it is always wonderful to have you join us. We hope you enjoy watching this clip.

All parents are invited to complete a short survey that will give us important feedback regarding the scheduling of the Mother’s Day and Father’s Day Mass for the future. The link to this survey has been sent to parents today. Please take the time to complete this survey by next Friday 24 September and I look forward to sharing the results with our community next term.

Next Wednesday, the Year Six students accompanied by Ms Allen, Miss Graves, Mrs Reddell, Miss Hubbard, Mr Williams, Mr Fromm, Mrs Gardner and Mrs Taylor will be heading off for the Year Six Leadership Camp. Being in a new place with different people and even being away from home might be daunting at first for the students, however I’m sure feelings of joy, excitement and pride will quickly replace any anxieties. This adventure camp is a great opportunity for our Year Six leaders to continue to build on their leadership skills while having a great time with their friends and teachers.

We appreciate the trust that parents place in our hands when they allow their children to attend camp. Rest assured the staff will take excellent care of them and we know they will absolutely love the experience!

The students are very excited about performing their dance routines at the Dance Showcases. We look forward to seeing you next week.

Kind regards,

Antoinette De Pinto

Head of Primary
