Wellness Run

02 Events, a Victorian event company who run the Victorian 2XU Triathlon series as well as numerous cycling and running events across the state, is working with one of our Koonung school dads who was keen to run/stage an event that was geared towards Victorian students, specifically high school students. O2 Events agreed to support his idea and hold such an event.

On 5 December at St. Kilda's iconic Catani Gardens, students have a run dedicated to them; to acknowledge yet another difficult and challenging year. This 5 km fun run gives our adolescents a goal, an objective, and something to train for. They need hope, and perhaps this event can provide motivation and a way for them to train together in order to cross the finish line with a huge, beaming smile. They can join in groups, teams or they can run under their school/institute banner. This run is about them.
