Resilience Project

Resilience Project
This term the students will continue learning emotional literacy through the Resilience Project. They will learn about ‘what makes a good friend’ and how to talk about their feelings and emotions. Students will explore strategies to help manage emotions and feelings such as different breathing exercises to help alleviate anxiety to control and help release stress. They will also be encouraged to use manners when talking to others.
These are fantastic skills that will assist them when transitioning to Grade One next year.
