Assistance for students returning to onsite learning

We are excited to welcome students back onsite to Trinity and to re-engage students with face-to-face learning.

We all have a renewed understanding of how important the role of teachers is to encourage and facilitate learning in its many forms and know how important connection with students is to this learning.

Teachers have done a wonderful job preparing online lessons and assessment; however, we understand that some students have found it challenging to complete tasks and assessment at home.

Students may have missed work, and whilst this is not optimal, teachers do not want to penalise students for non-completion of past tasks, but rather to build our relationships again.

Now that we are back in classrooms, Trinity wishes to offer students the opportunity to attend our Wednesday Redemption sessions if they need some extra assistance in making up gaps in their learning.

As is our previous normal practice, a teacher has been allocated to Academic Redemption to supervise the completion of missed assessment tasks and this will continue in Term 4 once we are back together again.

Any additional student who wishes to attend in T9 for assistance can message Ms Ryan to attend the supervised session from 3.30pm-4.30pm and receive some extra help from the teacher who has volunteered for this session.
