Cake Decorating

Students in the 9/10 Cake Decorating class were provided a take home pack for their remote learning task. Included in the pack were, cake mix, instant icing, choc melts, a piping bag and a piece of bubble wrap to enable the students to make chocolate honeycomb decorations. 

 

 

The students were required to use all the items and put together a presentation of instructions, including a photo of their final result, for their assessment.

Well done to the students, they are doing a fantastic job and should be proud of their efforts! Check out the photos of some of their creations, they look delicious! More to come next issue.
