Issue 4 Book Club – delivery delays

Please accept our apology over delays regarding the delivery of Issue 4 book club items. Delays may mean that some families do not receive their good prior to the holiday break, goods will be waiting for you on your return in term 3 if you do not receive your ordered items.

Like others, our business has being working hard during this difficult covid affected time where we are constantly challenged by many challenges that would not exist.

Some factors that have influenced the delivery delays for issue 4 are:

·        UNPRECEDENTED UNEXPECTED HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS FOR ISSUE 4

·        DUE TO COVID WORKING CONDITIONS, ORDERS CAN BE SPLIT & PICKED IN VARIOUS “ZONES/LINES” IN THE WAREHOUSE WHICH CAN RESULT IN SOME BEING FINISHED EARLIER THAN OTHERS

·        WAREHOUSE STAFF HAVE TO SOCIAL DISTANCE WHICH MEANS OUR OUTPUT HAS BEEN EFFECTED

·        INCREASED DELIVERY TIMES WITH AUST POST

Scholastic  thanks you for your support and patience and we look forward to resuming our regular service to you over the upcoming months.
