From the Principal

Term 2 Week 10 Kevin Kennedy

Dear Families,

Next term we will be seeing a lift of some of the COVID19 restrictions. We will be allowing volunteers to be back on the school site as well as some private service providers. We have been discussing the possibility of assemblies and having a sports day later in the year, both of which will need careful planning. Face to face parent teacher interviews are planned for term three, more information about how to book will be sent home early next term. Unfortunately parents will still not be allowed to enter the schools buildings, I am not convinced we will have enough space in our passage ways for parents to meet social distancing requirements.

As I have mentioned in previous correspondence student achievement reports are being sent home this Friday. Due to COVID19 absences some curriculum areas will not feature a grade. More information about progress in these areas will be provided by teachers during term 3 parent/teacher interviews. If you require multiple copies of the student achievement reports  and haven’t done so previously please contact the school.

There will be a pupil free day on Friday 31st July for staff training and planning. OSHC services will be available.

Drive carefully and have a happy & safe holidays

Kind regards,

Kevin Kennedy
