A Prayer for Young People in these Challenging Times

Lord Jesus,

I thank You for my life and for all the good qualities You have gifted me with.

I thank You for friendships, family life and for so many opportunities to grow.

Touch my heart and renew me with Your presence.  Fill me with joy.

Continue to mould and nurture me, so that I will never be afraid to respond to the needs of others and Your world, and turn to You in times of difficulty and distress.

Amen.
