Enid Wellington

After over 35 years of teaching at Mount Carmel College, Enid Wellington has decided to retire from teaching piano. Her gentle approach, patience and dedication has helped so many students over the years, not only to learn the piano and understand music but develop confidence.  We wish her all the best in her retirement.

Fiddlesticks 

After School every Wednesday : 3.20pm - 4.20pm

‘Fiddlesticks', the Primary School string group has returned to having rehearsals after school on Wednesdays.

Led by music tutor Luke Plumb, the group is growing in confidence as their repertoire expands.

Year 6 Pop Group 

Every Friday lunchtime : 12.50pm - 1.30pm

Year 6 students have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a pop song for performance. There will be no Pop Group on Mount Carmel Day (Friday 31 July) as students are encouraged to join in with the lunchtime festivities.
