Senior Art Exhibition 

Wednesday 28 November from 6pm - 7.30pm in Kalimna

The IB requires the DP Visual Arts students to curate their work for an exhibition at the end of their final year. Through the process of curating, students consolidate their ideas, write artist statements and select the artwork made that reflects the messages they intend to communicate.

Students make decisions about the placement of their work in relation to that of their peers and what relationship occurs between the works when placed in the same space.

Art talks

We finished our visiting artist series for 2018 this week with Preshil alumni and artist Stephen Bram. Stephen exhibits with Anna Schwartz gallery and his children currently attend Preshil.

We would like to thank all the visiting curators and artists over the last semester who have helped to guide students in their thinking and approach to their work and exhibition. We do hope you can join us on 28 November.
