Our College Theme for 2022

In 2022 we will be celebrating the Kildare Ministries' Value - Compassion. Our College theme is:  Allow compassion to be the lens of your heart.

We would like to thank our Year 12 College Leaders Dermot Ritchie and Cleo Oberin for designing the College Theme Banner for 2022.

Here is an explanation of their inspiration for the design.

The focus of the banner, the abstract heart, is a modern interpretation of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, a symbol of compassion that many can recognise. The stained-glass windows that surround the heart is placed to prompt a feeling of reflection and contemplation. The flames intertwined with the heart are symbolic of our community with Kildare ministries, inspiring people to action for justice. The Brigidine cross, placed in the background, is a well-known symbol of compassion in action, inspired by our patron Saint Brigid, and correlates directly with our schools motto and mission.  

We look forward to breaking open the College Theme with the school community in 2022.
