Please keep the Oliver families: Kirk, Jo (staff member), Rylan (Year 10) and Nate (Year 7), and Robert, Seth (Year 10) and Bryce (Year 8) in your prayers after the recent loss of Kirk and Robert's father Terrie Oliver.

Please Do Not Park or Pull Up in Tulloh Street Bus Zone to Drop Children Off in the Mornings

A reminder to families, that the north side of Tulloh Street is a bus zone from 8.00am to 9.00am.

Many vehicles are pulling into this area to let children out before school, restricting access by buses.

Please do not pull into the bus zone before school - even for a few seconds.

Thank you for your assistance and consideration.

Please Check the Lost Property Box

Please remember to check the lost property box at the College Office by the end of this term for any items your child may have lost.  There are currently a number of uniform items, hats, lunchboxes, drink bottles and sporting equipment in lost property.

All unclaimed items will be sent to the second hand uniform shop and St Vincent de Paul during the school holidays.

Congratulations Gargayee

Further to our article in the last edition of our newsletter, we are pleased to announce that Year 8 Student, Gargayee Satish-Gowda, was awarded the Junior Secondary Art Award for 2019 at the MacKillop Art Exhibition.

The annual MacKillop Art Exhibition was launched at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bendigo on Friday 15th November.  The exhibition showcases artworks from students across the Sandhurst Diocese and features paintings, photographs, drawings, sculpture and ceramics.

Major awards announced at the exhibition launch each year are the MacKillop Art Prize for the best overall senior artwork, the Spiritual Art Award for Secondary and Primary students and the Primary Art Award for the best primary entry.

We are delighted that Gargayee Satish-Gowda was awarded the Junior Secondary Art Award for 2019 for her artwork titled 'Lines in Nature'.   Congratulations Gargayee!

The exhibition is open for public viewing until Sunday 1st December at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bendigo. The exhibition was inaugurated in 2010 to celebrate the canonisation of St Mary MacKillop and her inspiration to countless generations of Australians.
