Join the PFA!

The Parents & Friends Association are currently seeking new members. The PFA is a group of friendly, welcoming parents and family members, who value the input of the school community. They help fundraise for the school, organise exciting events for our students and support many educational programs and initiatives.

Your contribution can be flexible - at meetings, at home, solo or with others, through sourcing donations or helping at events. Many tasks can be done outside school hours.

PFA General Meeting

The Parents & Friends Association (PFA) will be holding their first General Meeting for the year on Thursday 27th February at 2:30pm in the Meeting Room (opposite First Aid in the main corridor).

All are welcome to attend, including anyone who would like to register as a new member. Registered members can participate in voting (office bearers, fundraising ideas and spending possibilities etc). Non-registered volunteers can not vote.

On the agenda, we must re-elect the 2020 PFA Office Bearers. The positions include Co-President (2 positions available as a shared role) and Secretary. These positions must be filled until the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Oct 2020.

A PFA Member who nominates for office bearer must be present at the meeting or have indicated their intention to nominate in writing to Emma Slocombe, (emmas@cranbournesouth.vic.edu.au) prior to the meeting. Only PFA members present at the meeting may cast their vote for the Office Bearers.

Other items on the agenda will include planning of Semester 1 fundraising events.

Foundation Families Meet & Greet

To celebrate starting at CSPS, all Foundation students and their families are invited to our special Meet & Greet event today, Thursday 20th February, 3:30pm - 5:30pm.  

There will be a free sausage sizzle as well as a petting zoo, face painting, Physical Vibe & STEAM activities and a craft table. All families who registered their attendance will be included in a raffle with a chance to win a $50 voucher to The Amazing Grace in Cranbourne.
