FREE DENTAL SERVICE for our school!

Smile Squad will be visiting our school in Term 1 to provide free, high quality dental care.

This initiative has been developed by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV).

This program is voluntary and requires parent permission before any student accesses this program.

Last week all families will have received a free dental pack and a consent form inviting you to be part of this free dental program. Please return the consent form by Wednesday, 26 February 2020.

How does Smile Squad work?

Smile Squad will visit our school on 2 separate occasions.

The first visit includes a general check up by the Smile squad team. If the Smile Squad find any problems with your child's teeth or mouth, they will create a care plan for your child.

The second visit is in the treatment truck that will be stationed at our school.

Need more information or another consent form?

Many of our families have already taken up this offer and have returned consent forms to the school.

If you require another consent form or require further information, please contact the office and your inquiry will be directed to Mrs. Laura Kiellerup who is the key contact person for this program.

For further information please visit Smile Squad on their website.
