Now that the year is almost over, Cadets is once again looking for new 2021 recruits!
This year more than ever the world has shown us that it needs a strong set of confident leaders that can problem solve, are resilient and are able to work in a team to achieve their goals.
The Australian Air Force Cadets can help you achieve all this and more, offering many different activities to help you increase your skills in a range of areas including survival, organisation and more.
What do cadets do? Activities include…
- 4 multi-day camps per year (both in the bush and in cabins)
- Flying activities + camps
- Bush Rogaines (Navigation challenges)
- Single day excursions and Community Parades.
- Air Force related studies such as Aviation, Aircraft Recognition, Service Knowledge, Drill & Ceremonial and Fieldcraft.
- Learning vital First Aid and CPR, achieving a First Aid Certificate in your second year.

“Go for it and try it out!... Even if you’re really unsure, I would suggest just to come and take a look and see what we do, as if you don’t, you may never know what you have missed.”
