Jodie Sheather, our Centacare school counsellor, is finishing up at the end of December. Jodie will open her own counselling service in Inverell. Details of Jodie's new practice can be obtained by contacting St Joseph's at the end of the week.
We are selling books that we have weeded from our library. The books will be on sale until the end of the year. The sale will include used picture and chapter books as well as new books. Prices will range from 50c to $5 and money raised will go towards buying new books.
We are treating the children to a day out on the last day of term, Wednesday the 16th of December. Our destination will be the Bingara Pool and newly opened Splash Park. We will be having a BBQ lunch at the pool before returning back to school in time for normal afternoon school pick up. Further details will be sent out on COMPASS.
The last week of term is three days (Monday the 14th to Wednesday the 16th). The children can wear their sports uniform Monday and Tuesday, on Wednesday they can wear mufti clothes ready for their 'Pool Party'.
