AGM and Term 1 General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting and the Term 1 General meeting of the Blue Mountains Grammar School Parents' & Friends' Association will be held in Coorah (Senior School, Wentworth Falls) on Tuesday, 15th March, at 7:00pm.

All parents are warmly invited to attend and elect the 2022/2023 Committee.  All positions will be declared vacant by Mr Maynard and a new Committee will be elected.

All parents of students at the School are members of the BMGS Parents' and Friends' Association.  

There are Representatives elected from both Junior Campuses and from the Senior campus, with each campus Committee organising local events and campus fundraisers.

The 'global' P&F Committee, comprised of the Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Committee members, liaises with the campus Representatives to co-ordinate 'whole of school' activities and fundraising, such as the Annual Trivia Night or a School Fair.

Our Association is a great way to be involved and to contribute to your child's School.  It is also a great way to meet new parents within the School's community.

If you have Board experience, great ideas for fundraising or assisting School life for our children, please come along and be involved.  If you would like to nominate for one of the Committee positions, please complete the form below and return to Coorah by 4:30pm on Tuesday, 15th March:
