Calm by Yoga - Before School

I am excited to announce that Yoga classes are back! Yoga and meditation can help calm children down, BUILD their self esteem, attention and resilience.

Before school yoga classes are coming up in Term 2 at 8am every Thursday morning.

$15/class or $130 for the whole term.
