The MMC Parents and Friends Association has ceased operation of the secondhand uniform shop within the College.
The College has a newly created secondhand uniform (and book) Buy, Swap and Sell Facebook page. You may wish to use this Facebook site to search for, or to sell any secondhand uniform items.

To purchase NEW items of Sports Uniform, socks, hats, and scarves, a new online ordering system has been introduced.
CDF Pay can be accessed using the QR code attached or via website https://mackillopleongatha.cdfpay.org.au/MonitorOnline/app/#/login
A user guide is also provided in the newsletter, and can also be found on the College website https://www.mackillopleongatha.catholic.edu.au/
Once orders have been placed you will receive an email advising you can pick items up from the College office.
New uniform items (except PE uniform and socks) will continue to be available through Panthers Mensland in Leongatha and Wonthaggi.
New Girls Pants
THE ONLY PANTS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE AS PART OF THE SCHOOL UNIFORM ARE THOSE AVAILABILE AT PANTHERS MENSLAND WITH THE SCHOOL CREST EMBROIDED ON THEM.
Girls are able to wear black or navy socks with new pants.

The Parents and Friends Committee is desperately seeking committee members and someone to take on the role of Treasurer. (This is a volunteer position)
Role description as per P & F Constitution:
- Provide written reports on the financial situation of the P & F Association at each general meeting, and attendance at P & F meetings (2 meetings per term)
- Bank all monies received on behalf of the P & F
- Pay all accounts on behalf of the P & F
- Keep books of account on behalf of the P & F
- Signatory for P & F
- Compile an audited Annual Statement for distribution prior to the AGM
If you are interested in helping the P & F in this role, or would like further information, please email or phone the College Office with your contact details, and they will pass this onto the Committee.

We would also love to see some new members join the P&F for the start of 2021, so please have a think about coming along to our meetings.
At the moment they are held remotely via Google Meet, and at this stage will still continue for 2021.
